ONE STEPS: Exchange of techniques under semi-arranged sparring. A bridge between forms and sparring.

For each of the first three belts, White, Orange and Yellow, there are 3 One Step Sparring Segments to be learned and practiced.

Three One Steps for the White Belt

Three for the Orange Belt, and

Three for the Yellow Belt.

After which, at the Camo Belt sparring begins.

The One Steps are moves derived directly from the corresponding form, and so makes it easy to memorize them.

These are choreographed moves between two partners… the attacker and the defender.
